Q. As my family is getting bigger, I need to upgrade from a Ford Focus to a station wagon for the extra rear seat space (for child seats, etc.). What do you recommend? I've been looking at the Subaru Outback and Dodge Caliber. Asked by Nick P - Wed Jan 16 15:01:30 2008 - - 7 Answers - 1 Comments A. it terms of needing more space, the caliber wouldn't offer too much more room than a focus, however the outback while being a good choice as a wagon does cost significantly more. you would get a better long term warranty with dodge, they now have a unlimited year and mileage powertrain warranty, but if you only plan to keep the vehicle for 3- 4 years, the outback will have a higher resale value comparitively, also in the first few years of ownership, you should experience less problems with the outback. one suggested would be to look at a 2 or 3 year old certified preowned volvo XC70, much better quality rating and certified preowned ones come with a 6 yr or 100k warranty (not just powertrain) Answered by slsguy1204 - Wed Jan 16 15:10:43 2008 What is the largest production sedan/station wagon?
